Acting Out India’s independence

par FOURNEL Thomas

Some pupils of the 3e A DNL DNL Disciplines Non Linguistiques

(en langue étrangère), dénomination retenue pour le 2nd degré.
class shot a short film to present some key moments of India claiming independence from the United Kingdom back in the 1940’s, through negotiations but also with a lot of tension. Regrettably they did not have enough time and means to make it look more real, like wearing traditional costumes or mentioning the Muslim issue, plus some technical problems, the poor sound quality for instance. However, for a first try, we can also congratulate all of them for their involvement and creative skills, not forgetting to make it fun  !
